Every other Wednesday, Nancy Venditti Mueller from New Beginnings with Nancy hosts an AMAZING self defense class for women.

In these classes, the following topics will be covered:

· Basic protection techniques (including cocktail self-defense)

· Woman’s assertiveness techniques

· How your self-confidence or self-image can affect your safety

· Empowerment through body language

· Understanding your Inner Strength

· How to get from where you are, to where you want to be

· Learn why there is a difference in your reaction when you are attacked by someone you know vs. being attacked by a stranger

· Techniques to improve your Self, Health, & Wealth

You could take this class every single time it’s offered and learn something new!  The cost is $30 per person, or bring a friend and pay $50 for both of you!

Classes are from 7:30 – 9PM every other Wednesday starting May 2nd.  CHILDCARE AVAILABLE, JUST NOTIFY US IF YOU NEED IT.  Please give us a call at the studio beforehand so we can make necessary arrangements.
